Panchayat or Multi-Party Democracy?

Some of the points in the following (brown colored) from a website are false arguments.

Under the "Panchayat Democracy"

• no political parties were allowed
• human rights were denied
• corruption was rampant
• state money was misused
• economic development did not take place
• "nationalist" slogans were given, but no improvement in the day-to-day life of the people was realized

In fact, the level of human rights violation increased after the arrival of Multi-party Democracy, more people were killed and corruption became prominent.
During Panchayat Democracy, there were least human rights violations, least corruption and least misuse of state money. There were brilliant development works, which have now resumed after the coming of new government under the king.
